Highly Recommend
We have travelled to many continents before retirement and this crew is the best. They are presently loading the first  container to Europe. Very professional, prompt and considerate. Compelled to recommend even while in process

Highly recommend using Rose Moving and Storage.
The whole "pack and load"  aspect went smoothly.  Jim Stafford was great at estimating, courteous and quick.  The crew of 4 arrived on time and were very pleasant.  Foreman Mark communicated well, was professional and kept a fast pace.  I was amazed at their speed.  Each item was wrapped well and they would always ask if they had specific item questions.  Mark even let my 3 year old pretend to drive the "big truck", which he loved. This move out was quick and I would highly recommend this team.

Senior Friendly Moving Company
I moved my 92 year old mother from our home in northeastern OH to Colorado Springs.  After interviewing 3 moving cos., we decided to go with Allied - Rose Moving was the company which actually moved her belongings, not the local Allied franchise.  This was a littler disconcerting for me at first, since I had expected that the local company I had chosen would be the actual movers - there are always so many ways that a partial load move can get screwed up.  However, my fears were groundless.  My only point of contact with Rose was Jeff Hayes, the driver, and he was friendly, professional and very efficient.  My mother moved into a senior retirement home and Jeff was very respectful of the needs of the other residents (regarding noise and blocking entrances), which was a relief - didn't want to make a bad first impression for my mom with her new neighbors!  What's more, unlike the representatives from the other movers, Jeff interacted with my mom (who was the one who was actually paying for the move) - the others seemed to ignore my mom and only address their remarks to me.  I have noticed this type of disrespectful behavior when seniors are concerned and dislike it.

Although there was a small glitch along the way, Jeff's only concern was to do whatever it took to make it right - there was no knee-jerk reaction of "It's not my fault" which seems to be very common nowadays.  This glitch was resolved satisfactorily.

All in all, this was an unexpectedly pleasant and worry-free ( or as close as any move can come to being worry-free) move.  If Rose's other drivers are similar in caliber to Jeff, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rose to anyone who is planning a move.
