#movemadeeasy   Summed up in a tweet.  From beginning to end -excellent
From the moment we called and talked to Rose Moving they were professional and obviously knew what would be needed to made this "winter" move easier on us.  Communication up to and after the move was excellent.  The movers themselves knew how to make sure nothing was broken and arrived exactly on schedule.  They moved our baby grand piano and did an unbelievable job!  We felt like we had made new friends that cared about our move as much as we did by the time it ended.  Thanks for everything!

Professional and efficient movers!
We needed to get moved quickly and called Rose Moving who was referred to us from our realtor.  Not only were they able to move us on such short notice (3 days notice) they did an excellent job.  The moving crew was professional and efficient. They worked really hard and did an excellent job moving our belongings with care.  I would highly recommend using Rose Moving, definitely worth every penny.  If we ever need a moving company again they are the only company I will call.

You will NOT be disappointed!
I recently worked with Rose Moving and Storage via the Allied Van Lines network.  Jim Stafford was my estimator for a move from MI to TX and he was thorough courteous and professional.  Even though I chose the price guarantee, his estimate was very close to actual and I had no hidden fees or charges throughout the move. Judy, my move coordinator was also very helpful and kept the lines of communication constantly open for any questions I had.

The real gem in the whole transaction, however, was the driver.  Tom moved my entire house from MI to TX and he was INCREDIBLE!  He was very friendly, efficient and punctual, showing up EARLY for both the loading and unloading.  I had over 100 boxes and a lot of very large/heavy furniture that had to make the move to an apartment AND storage unit in TX.  Not only was he able to get to TX and deliver things earlier than originally estimated (YAY!) but EVERYTHING survived the move with ZERO damage.  If you've ever moved across the country, you should know how rare this is.  Tom called me multiple times to provide updates on his progress and made sure I was comfortable with the move every step of the way.  I would highly recommend Rose to anyone who is looking to move a long distance.  Request Tom as your driver if he is available -- you will not be disappointed!

Chesterfield (Get Movers Quote for Chesterfield, MI) Charter Township is a charter township of Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township population was 37,405. The 2010 Census places the population at 43,381. The township was organized in 1842, formed out of a portion of Macomb (Macomb, Michigan Relocation Companies). The Township is part of Metro Detroit.

History

Chesterfield (Chesterfield, Michigan Relocation Companies) was originally established as a general law township in 1842, and became a Charter Township in 1989.

In the past there was a hamlet here called Chesterfield (Get Relocation Prices for Chesterfield, MI). It was first settled in 1830. When the Grand Trunk Railroad came through in 1865 it began to have businesses. It had a post office from 1875 until 1907 but has since lost its specific identity.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 30.7 square miles (80 km2), of which 27.9 square miles (72 km2) of it is land and 2.8 square miles (7.3 km2) of it (9.07%) is water.

In the first decade of the 21st century, much of Chesterfield (Chesterfield, Michigan Moving Reviews) is dominated by subdivisions, shopping developments, and an increasingly diverse population, in contrast to previous decades when the community was considerably more rural and overwhelmingly white. With 89% of the population being non-Hispanic whites at the 2010 census the demographic changes in the population had clearly not been as great as some might suggest. The far northern end of the township is still largely rural. Anchor Bay influences the southeastern part of the community, where many pleasure boats, docks, and marine-related businesses can be found.

Chesterfield (Chesterfield, Michigan Mover Reviews) is bordered on the north by Lenox Township and the village of New Haven; on the east by Ira Township and New Baltimore; on the southeast by Anchor Bay, which is a part of Lake Saint Clair; on the south by Harrison Township; and on the west by Macomb Township.
