Perfect!
"Perfect" is the word to describe our experience with Rose Moving & Storage. Everything was perfect. The team of six movers, led by Mark McLean arrived right on time, and after sizing up the job went right to work. The team worked together, packing and loading everything in one day. Delivery was accomplished the following day. All of our possessions were delivered in the same condition they were in prior to Rose handling/moving them. Not only that, but these pros made sure to leave your old home and your new home in the same condition they found them in. It rained on day one and yet nobody from the Rose staff trailed any water or dirt into the old house.
Efficient, honest, friendly and professional. That is what you can expect from Rose Moving & Storage. And this description extends to not only the Rose employees who handle your property but the behind-the-scene staff as well. Mike Engelhardt, Beverly and the rest of the Rose staff all carried themselves in a most professional manner.
This isn't the first time we hired Rose Moving & Storage. Approx. eight years ago, Rose moved out daughter from Michigan to the east coast. Bottom line, they were perfect then, too.
I love Rose Moving, I really do. I have complete trust in this company and every one of their employees. Two moves spanning eight years, and nothing but perfection to report.

Thank You, Rose Moving!
I loved everything about Rose Moving! Our salesman, Jim, was very helpful in explaining to us the entire process of hiring a professional moving company. All of my moves in the past were done the "old fashioned" way which I have to be honest, I'll never do again after how smooth everything was with Rose. I hate asking friends and family for help.

After Jim made us feel comfortable, he gave us a quote that was a little more than I thought it would be, but again... this is my first time hiring a "real" movers. Don't tell Jim this, but I did send out his quote to a couple competitors who came back in the same ballpark. :P

It tooks us a couple of months to nail down move dates. After we had those figured out we called our move coordinator, Judy, and let her know. If you've never used a moving company like me, you have no clue what to expect. Judy literally called and/or e-mailed me on days that I was freaking out... almost like she was reading my mind. I'd say over the course of our move, I spoke with her at least a dozen times. She made me feel like I was in control of everything even though I didn't lift a finger. :)

The lead foreman during the delivery (can't remember his name) was very professional which kept my stress level down to almost non-existent. His crew worked hard and unloaded all of my stuff in what had to be a record time. I couldn't believe how quick it went.

I opted to hire them for help with the unpacking and that was SOOOO worth it. I didn't have to worry about breaking my back trying to open all those boxes (I can't even tell you how many there were). I honestly didn't think I had so much stuff. They even removed all the boxes and cleaned up the debris.

I was able to sit down and relax the first night in my new home - thanks to Rose Moving & Storage! I'm so glad I found you.

My family had a wonderful experience with Rose Moving.
We compared 4 other companies and they were the easiest estimate to schedule and offered the best product.  All the employees, from the office personnel to the guy giving the estimate to the guys packing, loading and unloading us were professional, courteous and personable.  They took measures to protect everything including the stairwell at our new house.  NOTHING was damaged.  We have NO reservations about recommending Rose Moving to anyone we know.
