Decluttering is just one of the many steps when preparing for a move. Through our partnership with The Salvation
Army, gently used belongings can be picked up and taken to a Salvation Army store, where all items purchased directly fund adult rehab programs that change lives and restore families.

By donating your unwanted belongings, you are giving someone a second chance at life. The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers provide housing, food, counseling, and employment for program beneficiaries as they work to address the root causes of prolonged alcohol and drug dependence.

Through a simple 5-step online form, you can schedule your unwanted, gently used belongings to be picked up for free.

This was my first experience with a moving company, and I had heard all sorts of horror stories about moving companies! Rose Moving and Storage was recommended to me by a trusted source, so I gave them a call. From my first contact with Jim Stafford to my last contact with Judith Rodriguez, everything was PERFECT! I had two moves to organize, one in-state and one to another state. Jim came to see me, then sent two reasonable quotes. From that point on, Judy kept in contact with packing information, the times for each pick up and delivery, and my final costs. All of the movers were exceptional: efficient, careful, and pleasant to work with. They all went the extra mile to be sure that everything was delivered safely and placed appropriately. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with Rose Moving and Storage, all of their employees, and their exceptional service.

Great move from MI to SC. Rose/Allied was the best price vs Mayflower and United. Salesman Jim Stafford was friendly and helpful, estimated our total weight to within 300 lbs! The driver/crew chief who did our move was Billy and we can’t say enough good thing about him. Very professional and courteous, hard-working, and very careful with our belongings. We had them pack too and they are super cautious and expert packers. Moving is such a pain - but Billy made it as stress-free as possible. I give them my highest recommendation!
